Meet the Trainers

Terri Bodden
Program Coordinator & Master Instructor
Terri comes to PVTFC with a solid background in training education and experience. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, Terri expanded her formal education with a Certified Personal Trainers program from the American College of Sports Medicine. Terri specializes in running plans, triathlon training, nutrition and weight loss as well as core strengthening and flexibility. Terri oversees all classes in the group fitness studio. In addition, she leads the team in personal training. Terri’s goal is to help individuals acquire lifestyle changes that tap into their inner strength while honoring the body’s true physical potential and ability.

Kathy Wolfgram
NASM-Certified Personal Trainer
Kathy joined PVTFC as an experienced and enthusiastic personal trainer.  She has worked as a fitness professional for over twelve years and is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Kathy specializes in coordinating and coaching fitness boot camps, kettle bell training, and triathlon training. She enjoys designing challenging yet fun fitness programs for her clients.  Kathy uses a variety of training equipment including gymnastic rings, heavy ropes, and kettle bells and is constantly creating new workouts to make sure her clients thoroughly enjoy their workouts.  With a certification from Apex as a nutrition coach, Kathy can also assist individuals with the nutrition aspect of living a healthy lifestyle.  Kathy's enthusiastic and encouraging approach to personal training will help you reach all of your fitness goals.

Tiffany Larson
NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer

Tiffany Larson holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Auburn University and Master’s of Health Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida. She is an experienced Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Her passion is the practice and instruction of the Pilates method to improve core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and concentration. She received her Pilates training through Power Pilates Chicago and regularly enhances her education at local and national conferences. Tiffany believes faithful Pilates practice will improve sports performance, assist in injury rehabilitation, and aid in a healthy lifestyle.  She is owner of Home Training, LLC since 2002 providing in-home Pilates and fitness training.


Julie Bartel
Julie compliments the PVTFC team with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Bellin College of Nursing in Green Bay. Her interest in the relationships of mind/body/spirit has led her to seeking completion of a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification Program. What began as a physical practice of postures slowly transformed into more compassionate, mindful lifestyle choices off the mat. Julie’s goal is to create an open and comfortable class environment that gives access to the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.
