Non-members are encouraged to join us for Hourly Personal Training Sessions, Foundation Classes, and Speciality Group Fitness Classes including Boot Camp, Cycling, TRX, Yoga, Pilates and Tennis Aeorbics. Below are the options available to non-members:
FOUNDATION CLASSES
These fun, strength oriented programs are run on a weekly basis. Classes vary from 30 minutes to one hour in length and are $8 per class for non-members. Please sign up at the front desk!
BODY WORKS
Tune up and get your motor running with this total body program. Body Works concentrates on building muscle strength while toning. This fun, set-to-music program is designed for all fitness levels, ages and sexes. Built-in modifications create an almost personalized training program. Resistance bands, medicine balls and weights let you tailor the program to meet and increase your muscle strength.
Non-Members: $8 per Session
CORE BODY CONFIDENCE
Having trouble with energy? Get to the core of the problem with Core Body Confidence. This is where it starts and all movement originates. This program focuses on the area around your trunk and pelvis, creating increased protection for your back. The 29 muscles in your core are strengthened by focusing on the quality of movement. Proper breathing is taught to enhance the muscle workout. This program is a must for everyone interested in sports or simply for better posture!

STUDIO CIRCUIT
Tired of the same old routine? Break the monotony! Circuit Breaker takes the boredom out of reps with a journey through various stations, each targeted for muscle building and heart/lung fitness. This is a combination of high-intensity exercises with short rapid movement to the next exercise. Circuit Breaker will keep you moving while working each muscle group individually. Find the fun by flipping the switch on your old workout program!

ZUMBA
The Zumba program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow routines to help you sculpt your body while burning fat. This three-zone fat burning routine targets your lower body, abs, core and upper body. With red-hot Latin rhythms, this total body transformation is fun, easy to learn and addictive. Zumba is the perfect program if you’re looking for a fast-paced, high calorie burn that keeps you dancing!

SPRING TONING ZUMBA
All your favorite zumba music and movement with a twist! One-two pound hand weights will be incorporated. Movements are controlled to strengthen and tone major muscle groups. No one is required to use weights, so everyone is still welcome to come and zumba!

SPECIALITY CLASSES
These targeted interest programs vary from 45 minutes to one hour in length and each class is run on a weekly basis. The Specialty Programs are available for non-members. Register at the front desk prior to attending one of the classes.
CYCLING/TRX
Couple 30 minutes of cycling cardio with 15 minutes of metabolism boosting strength/core conditioning in one class. This class is for everybody because both cycling and TRX allow training of all fitness levels at the same time.
Nonmembers: $8/class
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
This workout is sweeping the nation and there's a reason for that! It is an extremely effective full body workout (especially core) with hundreds of strength, core, balance and flexibility exercises that can be performed at any level.

CYCLING
Pleasant Valley Tennis and Fitness Club is the first in the area to offer state of the art technology with our Free Motion indoor cycles and power sensor consoles.
When unpredictable Wisconsin weather keeps you from getting your outdoor rides in, come spin your wheels in our studio in one of our cycling classes. This class is for everybody from the beginner looking for a new workout to the avid cyclist interested in monitoring power and downloading workouts into the "Training Peaks" program. You determine the intensity of the workout while enjoying the energy of the group dynamic.

YOGA CORE and YOGA BASICS
Yoga isn’t just about stretching. Yoga is focused on creating balance within the body through strength, flexibility and proper breathing. Each posture has specific physical benefits. By moving through them in a constant succession, you learn stamina, focus and strength. This one hour class is for beginners as well as life practitioners. Each pose can be developed through time, providing a new experience.

MAT PILATES
Build core strength, improve flexibility and enhance your sports performance with this class.

BOOT CAMP CONDITIONING

This military-inspired circuit workout uses calisthenics, training drills and stations to create a challenging, dynamic conditioning program. This popular co-ed, cross training program is designed to challenge all fitness levels and improve aerobic fitness. It also increases functional strength and improves balance and agility while burning maximal calories. Boot camp gives a whole new definition to personal training in a group situation.

TENNIS AEROBICS
Give tennis a try! A fun, fast paced workout to music. Open to all ability levels.
Non-Members: $10 per class
WOMEN, WEIGHTS, & WINE
Getting in shape doesn’t have to be completely painful! Join us for this special “women’s only” program of strength training, body sculpting and toning. After 45 minutes of muscle focus and calorie burning, relax with a glass of wine and good conversation. This inventive program is one night a week and a great way to meet other women.

HOURLY PERSONAL TRAINING
Non-members are welcome to buy personal training sessions, but must stop at the front desk and pay before all appointments.
