FALL 2010
Our junior program continues as in the past. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Our goal is to help your child learn the basic fundamentals of the game along with sportsmanship and fun. Members and non-members are invited to participate.
Session 1: September 7th - October 23rd, 2010 (7 weeks)
Note: No instruction will be offered on Labor Day Monday, Sept. 6th. Monday classes will be pro-rated appropriately for Session 1.
Session 2: October 25th - December 18th, 2010 (8 weeks)
Note: No instruction will be offered over Thanksgiving weekend, November 25th-27th. Thursday, Friday & Saturday classes will be pro-rated appropriately for Session 2.
Non-members must pay for the entire session prior to the first class. Members will be billed for the entire session once it starts. If your child has a schedule conflict, they will not be charged if you provide those dates with your registration.

PEE WEE TENNIS featuring Quickstart format (Ages 4-7)
A great program to get your kids into tennis. Four and five year olds receive basic instruction with emphasis on developing hand-eye coordination. Six year olds add more tennis specific techniques as well. All ages will have lots of fun!
Days and Times: Mondays 4:00 - 4:45 pm (4-5 yr. olds)
Mondays 4:45 - 5:30 pm (6-7 yr. olds)
Saturdays 2:00 - 2:45 pm (4-5 yr. olds)
Saturdays 2:45 - 3:30 pm (6-7 yr. olds)
Cost: Session 1: $73.50 for Members, $91 for Non-members
Session 2: $84 for Members, $104 for Non-members
BEGINNERS featuring Quickstart format (Ages 7-10)
Designed for juniors with very limited exposure to tennis. Basic stroke development will be emphasized as well as hand-eye coordination.
Days and Times: Tuesdays 4:00 -5:00 pm, Thursdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Cost: Session 1: $87.50 for Members, $105 for Non-members
Session 2: $100 for Members, $120 for Non-members
ADVANCED BEGINNERS featuring Quickstart format
For children who have taken lessons and have playing experience. Forehands, backhands and serves will be reviewed with more instruction on service returns, overheads, net play and volleys. Players are divided into groups based on age and ability.
Days and Times: Tuesdays 5:00 -6:00 pm, Thursdays 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Cost: Session 1: $87.50 for Members, $105 for Non-members
Session 2: $100 for Members, $120 for Non-members
INTERMEDIATES
A continuation of Advanced Beginner, offering a broad progression geared toward strategy in singles and doubles play. Running and movement drills are stressed to incorporate groundstrokes with net play. Players will be grouped by age and ability.
Days and Times: Wednesdays 4:00 -5:00 pm, Fridays 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Cost: Session 1: $87.50 for Members, $105 for Non-members
Session 2: $100 for Members, $120 for Non-members
ADVANCED
Juniors who meet the qualifications for intermediates but have taken their tennis to the next level. Players in the Advanced level commonly play outside tournaments on a local or state-wide basis and have a strong desire to improve.
Days and Times: Wednesdays 5:00 -6:00 pm, Fridays 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Cost: Session 1: $87.50 for Members, $105 for Non-members
Session 2: $100 for Members, $120 for Non-members
HIGH SCHOOL
Designed for older juniors who are playing high school tennis. Emphasis will be on skill refinement, singles and doubles strategy, shot selection, and court awareness.
Days and Times: Tuesdays 8:30 -10:00 pm Varsity
Saturday 9:30 - 11:00 am Beginner High School
Saturday 11:00 - 12:30 pm Junior Varsity
Saturday 12:30 - 2:00 pm Varsity
Cost: $19.00 per class for Members, $22.50 per class for Non-members
